SECURING MY ACCOUNT WITH FACEBOOK
Securing your account ensures that your account is safe and easy to locate should you lose it or switch devices. Securing it also allows you to move your account between devices easily as well - just sign into the same Facebook!

"HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE PICTURE?"
Your profile picture is tied to whatever is being used for your Facebook account currently. If you change your Facebook profile picture, it'll also update in Kings of Pool. If you're using a Guest account, you'll be stuck with the default silhouette head.

"I'D LIKE TO CHANGE MY FLAG"
Unfortunately there's no direct way to change your flag at the moment - it simply pulls the information from where you were located when you installed the app.

"WHY DO I HAVE A BLACK FLAG?"
The black flag means we currently don't have the flag available for your country in our database to display - terribly sorry! We hope to expand this in the future!

"I'VE LOST MY ACCOUNT!"
Oh no! If you've already secured it with Facebook, you simply need to log into the same Facebook again from the landing page to recover your account. If you have not secured your account with Facebook, please contact us (kingsofpool@uken.com) and we'll do our best to help you out!
